Keep us informed: If you cant come to a raid, will be late or if you take a break from WoW, its nice to tell your fellows. This way we know how to handle your absence.
A message in a bottle might be not the best way - I recommend to either use the forum or the little note tool in our raid planner. Most of you do that already, which is good.
For those who are not sure if they can join - there is a category for that: You can sign in as "unsure". Maybe add a note like "might come home late" - still better than not signing in at all - and much easier for those who organize the raids.

During the training days - also known as "wipe nights", we earn very little DKP, yet it represents an essential part of raid progression. We feel that we need to reward those who contributed to this with some DKP (as we did before).
For the nights on April 13th (Vashj and Hyjal) and April 19th (Vashj) I added 3 DKP to each raidmember who was present and got beaten up by our opponents.

Some of you might have already noticed, that there is more than just this DKP site where you sign in and check your DKP. A fantastic forum with alot of nice people who want to discuss various issues are waiting there for you.
BUT: if you have only access to the section "APPLY FOR THE HOPE RAIDGROUP" then you should contact Lyanthe. She will enable you to access the full spectrum of our wonderful forum.
We expect you to read up there at least a few times a week. Of course we can monitor who reads which topic *grins evil*

Its the DKP-site, and its all about numbers. Here is a simple rank-histogram of the current standings of the DKP accounts. Obviously, it looks well balanced, with two heavy outliers: Rambuz, who has +162 and Tabbis, who has -55 DKP.
